Sample Document Images for Section 2

What's new?

We've added sample document images to help users identify the correct List A, B, and C documents when completing I-9 Section 2.

When selecting document types in the I-9 Worksheet, users can now view reference images showing what each acceptable document should look like. On document upload pages, including I-9 Form, I-9 Certification Correction, I-9 Paper, and Supplement B, sample images appear when hovering over document type selections.

Why does it matter?

This update reduces incorrect document submissions by providing visual guidance for acceptable I-9 documents. It improves the user experience by clarifying requirements upfront and decreases the number of corrections required due to improper document selection.
